Allows motor to be deployed from, and stowed abord submersible vessels.
- Two-way valves allow for evacuation of air and residual fuel from bag, preventing corrosion of motor parts by fuel.
- Evacuation of air from bag slows ascent to a desirable rate when deployed from submarine.
